At DW Exhibitions Ltd we pride ourselves on being able to offer all our customers a professional and friendly approach. We understand that preparing for your upcoming exhibition, especially for the first time, can sometimes be a tense and worrying time. This is where we help you take away all the pre exhibition worries. We offer a full turnkey package which includes meeting with all the organiser’s deadlines, submitting relevant paperwork and generally ensuring everything is going to schedule. This leaves you to deal with your pre-show preparations such as marketing materials and publicity etc.

Once you are happy with a design, we will then prepare a full quotation for you.

After all is agreed we then appoint a full experienced project manager for you who will liaise with the organisers and yourself. Ensuring everyone is kept up to date on time scales, build progress etc. Our service gives you complete piece of mind, you can relax knowing that all the behind the scenes arrangements are in good hands.

Our layout of operation is listed below to give you an understanding of how we work.

We firstly ask you send your brief or complete our brief and return it to us with as much information as you can. If you are unsure what is required from a brief, you can download our guide to writing an exhibition brief. The guide may offer you some useful hints and tips that you have simply not thought about

Once we have received your brief, we will pass this onto our designer who puts your words into an initial design of your stand. Our designer may also include some artistic flair to help enhance the overall look of your stand.

Once we have the design back this will then be forwarded on to you for your initial comments, we understand that we may not get the design right first time or you may have not included items on your brief which you would like to add to the design. Any changes you wish to make we can ask our designer to amend to incorporate the changes.

Once you have approved the design, we then have our estimator to prepare a full quotation for you.

The next step is, once you have confirmed and appointed the DW Exhibitions as your stand contractor we then begin submitting all the relevant paperwork to the organisers

You appointed project manager will keep you up to date and discuss and queries directly with you should they arise.

Your project manager will be at the show on the handover of the completed stand for you ready for the show opening. This is usually the day before the show opens unless you have requested for it to be earlier.

Once the show is finished, we will take the stand down and if you wish we can store this for any future shows that you may be attending at a very competitive rate.
